Q : How long will it take to recieve my order?

A: Typically it takes 7-10 business days to receive your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it as fast as possible! You can also check the estimated date underneath each product.

Q: I've paid for an order but haven't received an order confirmation?

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: To cancel your order, email Hello@tranquilo.store with your order number. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

Q: Why hasn't the tracking info been updated?

A: Shipping labels are sometimes generated before items are shipped, which can cause delays in tracking updates. If you experience such delays, please be assured that your order is still being processed.

Q:What is your return policy?

A: if the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: If you'd like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item, and once it arrives at Tranquilo, you'll receive a refund. Feel free to order a new item directly from our website!

Q: Do I have to pay for the return shipment?

A: Yes, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment, as shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using our designated return portal for a hassle-free return process. Alternatively, returning in-store incurs no extra cost!
